Our CNC tube laser technology delivers fast, accurate processing for a wide range of structural tubing. With three CNC tube lasers featuring automated bar loading, we’re able to efficiently produce high volumes while maintaining consistent quality and precision.
By completing cutting, coping, hole placement, and other features in a single automated process, components fit together more accurately during fabrication. This reduces fixturing time, improves assembly efficiency, and helps shorten lead times for tube and frame-based projects.
Our equipment also supports countersunk holes on select material thicknesses, with the ability to process certain structural profiles, including angle, on a limited basis.
