Forming & Rolling
Formed and rolled parts that fit correctly the first time and flow straight into welding – bends, flanges, hems, offsets, and curved sections.
A comprehensive die library supports standard bends through tight-offset flanges, hems, and multi-bend profiles. Our sheet roller extends the range to curved and cylindrical work. We’ll confirm achievable bend tolerances for your specific thickness and geometry at quoting – and tell you honestly what the process holds repeatably, rather than quoting a number the hundredth part won’t match.
Capability | Range |
Press brakes | x3 40ton with 40” bed, 200ton with 10ft bed, 250ton with 14ft bed |
Thickness | Up to 0.375″ (maximum bend length depends on thickness and tonnage) can go thicker depending on plate width |
Die library | Flat, multiple-radius, and gooseneck tooling |
Sheet rolling | Big roller – max 80” wide, radius depnds on sheet thickness e.g 10ga can roll to 12” diameter, 3/16”-1/4” can roll to 20-25” diameter. Anything above 1/4” depends on how wide and how tight the radius is. Small roller – max 47.5” wide, max thickness 14ga min radius 9-10in |
Materials | Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum |
